Refund and Returns Policy
At wellbeup.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review the following policy regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@wellbeup.com with your order details.
After 1 hour, orders are typically processed for shipment and can no longer be canceled.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unopened and unused
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item was damaged or defective.
A restocking fee of 5 USD may apply to approved returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Please note that it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@wellbeup.com and provide photos of the issue.
In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges due to the nature of dietary supplements. Customers wishing to obtain a different product must place a new order.
